Pros

Fossil promotes an authentic atmosphere. They do not push the sale, but instead encourage us to serve and connect with customers to help them meet their needs.

Cons

In general there are few to none. There is great opportunity in Fossil right now because of its current growth and popularity. Other than the obvious downsides to working in retail (irregular hours and working on weekends), it is a good company to work for.
