Pros

The discount is great if you need a lot of watches. After training, you do get a free watch which is pretty cool.

Cons

The pay is pretty awful. If it wasn't for the lack of jobs out there right now, I would have held out for something better. They refuse to pay overtime so if you go over 40, be prepared for the lashing the following week from your DM. There is no formal coaching to help you get a promotion. If you aren't perfect when you're hired in, don't plan on getting any further.

Pros

The pros would be working with independently from upper management. You rarely have visits from your District Manager so you're pretty much running your own business with no guidance. It's nice at times until you need a real question answered and you can't get a response via phone or email.

Cons

The lack of communication with upper management, the outdated systems, the lack of growth and development.

Pros

Pay is good. Employee benefits are amazing.

Cons

The shifts and Hours get weird, but this has more to do with the specific location you're at. Also, like many other stores, you can't wear very comfortable shoes.
