Pros

Simple tasks unless you are a supervisor, you can talk when you work if you have a loud enough voice. Excellent benefits but unfortunately i was only a temp so i got laid off before any action. They can help pay for your tuition. They have 1000 employees at the factory I worked at. Lots of positions for all types of backgrounds. Broken English is ok because a lot of the supervisors speak Spanish.

Cons

Watch out for the blood dripping of off the chicken line. You get your hands dirty but are allowed to wear gloves. This job is not for the faint of heart, although there are a lo of young women who work there. My opinion of this job is dreadful, however, everyone has different standards. I had problems with talking to people as there was so many eyes on you - this was very high pressure for me but therer was a lot of Foster veterans who supported me.
