Pros

Decent benefits, occasional hardworking employee, some understanding of family.

Cons

Favoritism, no sense of responsibility. A couple employees pull the weight of everyone else. Outdated systems to work with. Rude middle level management with no sense of common courtesy and very quick to blame with out double checking facts and paperwork. Under paid.

Pros

Small town company, nice people here and there - but scared to step out of their comfort zones.

Cons

Politics - Old School - Management is still in 1990 - Pay is horrible.
