Pros

A lot of hours if you are interested. Decent blue collar experience, and decent vacation and benefits package. All sorts of shifts so you can work around your life schedule if you feel the need to.

Cons

Middle management needs a lot of training on how to handle performance reviews and realize that the "look busy" style of work is easily seen through by employees. Do not hire so many people that the work load becomes to light and you feel bored at your job.

Pros

there was a lot of good qualities about working for the place, yet the bad dramatically outweighed the good

Cons

everyone had the attitude that they were the best at everything they did and could never do wrong and when they did always used a scapegoat to blame their mistakes on
