Pros

The quality of the product and the production facilities is excellent. Their certification is always high and they strive for higher. The support staff in customer service, billing, invoicing and admin are excellent.

Cons

There are inter-departmental challenges that make getting routine tasks difficult. There are people in key position that are impossible to work with and will make every effort to make others look bad to make themselves look better. Most insiders can tell you who these people are and how to try and work around them.
