Pros

Worked here in the 2000's and it was a stable company to work for. Salary was decent and provided good opportunities to grow as a leader.

Cons

People in role too long. When I was there many of the managers (HR/Director-level) had grown up with the company, made great money which created stagnate culture and self-interest. Incentives (bonus) were good and my experience was that too many managers made business decisions considering their back pocket instead of doing what was right for the business (long-term).
