Pros

Keeps up with technology, office and production. The non-management employees are the hardest working, non-judgmental group of people. Their line of products is something every employee can be PROUD of.

Cons

Company does not communicate from the top down. Favoritism and cliques in management is widespread. Refuses to pay a living wage to plant workers.

Pros

Foster Farms has some of the best brands on the West Coast. The brand is well known and trusted throughout the West Coast. They hold brand leadership in fresh poultry, corndogs, frozen chicken, and much more. The atmosphere is pretty much politics-free and the leadership is open to change and improvement. It is a company transitioning to an industry leader. Now is a great time to jump on board

Cons

FF lacks some of the basic industry tools. They have also been stuck in idle mode for innovation and marketing. With the new reorganization, I suspect that all of the cons will become positives.
