People, family culture, long time well known brand, pay is competitive with good benefits.

Cons

Difficult industry to be successful in, lacking in leadership. Many employees just there for the paycheck.

I don't have any pros about this company.

Cons

They work you hard for low wages and sometimes in freezing and real hot conditions. This company also have a high turnover rate. Their are ppl that have been there 25 yrs only making a little bit over $10. You only get a 10 cent raise a year..
