Pros

The only pro would be that it is not seasonal and provides jobs to a lot of people in the area.

Cons

They don't care about the people that work there, especially on the line. If you are injured on the line they will find a way to blame you so that they are not liable. This company is not a good place to work unless you are in management and even that is not a safe haven.
