GREAT PEOPLE!! People there are just awesome(including managers)Great team players. Love working with them and they have friendly culture within the dev team. Love going out lunch and coffee together. Managers have technical backgrounds so they understand how important to get best quality of the code. No pressure nor micro management.

Cons

Tech stacks are out of date. Legacy apps are too much over complicated. No agile, entirely waterfall Slow to change

I recently joined Foster Moore Canada and I can say is a pleasure to work on the environment they offer.. The people here are professionals and the opportunities are available at different levels. The management is keen to support any new ideas that you are bringing into the company, just raise your hand.

Cons

The learning curve in the coding language they use is a little bit tricky but with excitement! you can use it as a new skill.

The Location. The fruit basket. The drinks cart.

Cons

No job security. They fired and hired so quickly! When I joined within month the guy who had hired me was fired... and the trend kept going on .. They do not give as much freedom and opportunity to the Toronto employees, as they do to the resident/visiting New Zealand employees.
