Pros

No pros only cons. New office and nothing is there

Cons

Worse kind of project management I have seen. Does not encourage employees. Depressing work environment.

Pros

This is still a pretty small company but it has global reach and big ambitions. There is an open, collaborative mentality. It's a mostly friendly atmosphere and has table football :) There is a 'can do' and 'will try' attitude which gives those who dare a chance to suggest improvements and contribute to the main product. But be thorough and accurate because there will be no soft criticism if you're mess up.

Cons

The direction of the company means there are very few career progression options. There is the option to cross into other fields but it's not actively encouraged. There are a lot of changes happening as they are growing rapidly so this is not you will want to adaptable because in a couple of months things will change again (not sure this is really a con because I actually quite like it).
