A rare company that lives up to its philanthropic values despite growing pains
Pros
- After all these years and even after all this growth, the people are still what make Foundant such a great place to work. Almost everyone cares a lot the company, the mission, and their team. (Sometimes to a fault) - True to their mission--from the owners' conduct to the structures in place to enable team members the freedom to take care of clients doing good work - Fantastic opportunities for growth for less experienced professionals - Benefits are great - clients are great to work with - Work and mission is fulfilling
Cons
- Currently experiencing some growing pains as far as organizational structure and technology stack - Compensation is lower than average due to philanthropic industry and culture that doesn't prioritize productivity over work/life balance and employee wellbeing
