Where to start? The negative reviews on here are totally justified. The increase in positive reviews is due to staff being asked to post positive ones. This is in an effort to raise their Glassdoor score that got extremely low due to honest feedback from previous employees. Foundation is extremely aggressive in its approach – to both staff and customers, despite claiming to be a big happy family. No doubt that this review will create excuses from the company who still has yet to realise it cannot treat their people in such an awful way. My best advice would be to stay away from this company, don't buy into their propaganda.
