It's easy, downside is the rude members

Pros

-Great Coaches -Many helpful resources -Chances to grow -Opportunity to move up -Option for OT -Nice and professional Coworkers -Will give you many opportunities to improve -Will give you many chances when you mess up

Cons

-Mandatory OT with no warning -Heavy call volume sometimes (Mon & Tuesday) -Very rude members sometimes (1 out of 10 calls) (Not many cons, stuff you can choose to let it bother you or get over it)

Sitel Promises the World but Delivers the Bare Minimum

Pros

The pay was decent for the role.

Cons

The training felt rushed and insufficient for the job itself, resulting in many people just being thrown to the wolves. Management was disorganized and wasn't receptive to employee feedback. If you aren't a "yessir," you won't go far with Sitel because they are only looking for numbers and pencil pushers to meet unrealistic survey review expectations.

Sitel is full of opportunities within the company. If you push yourself to advance the opportunity it there.

Cons

I don't like accrued time off. And no sick days that's here
