      - They provide some equipment - Trainers are great

      Cons

      - Lacking help on the floor - Low pay for so much work - Too many regulations and no restroom breaks unless you want to use your own break time - Repetitive work that doesn't make sense

      - more job opportunities - career growth

      Cons

      - it takes so much time to be aligned with your position after being promoted - salary for new hires is higher than employees working with the company - it's hard to take a rest and file a leave especially when a loved one passes away they'll still require you to work instead of getting a grievance leave

      Pros

      I worked at home for more than 2 years which I love about it. Very comfortable, low cost, and very productive. I thanked them for that opportunity.

      Cons

      It would have been more productive if employees were allowed to work from home at these increasing prices for commodities and yet the salary was still the same. No salary increase.
