      Pros

      The company itself is great. They need to work on giving opportunities to everyone, not limited to friends and family members.

      Cons

      The company itself is great, nevertheless. where I worked at in Managua, Nicaragua they go by favoritism, and growing opportunities are based on friendship or family members which makes it hard to grow unless you know someone or if you're related to someone. Sad , but true.
