Pros

holidays off, remote positions, equipment provided

Cons

Management is constantly yelling at you through the support chats, they expect you to know that youre required to do things that was never taught in training, they will move you to a different department and try and disquise it as a promotion (no pay increase however) They take forever to answer questions but expect you to keep call times and hold times extremely low, layoffs likely and they will attempt to disguise it as a termination to disuade you from filing unemployment

Pros

The pay is good and the flexibility to work from home as well. It’s not just a horrible place to work, it is what you make it. My trainers were all great.

Cons

It’s definitely disorganized but it is what you make it. It’s definitely doable. Schedule changes aren’t the best when it’s needed or the system used to change schedules. Equipment is disgusting, which I’m sure they (Foundever) are unaware of that department sending it out that way.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I agree that this job is what you make it. Pay is good, and working from home is a great benefit. We have implemented various measures to support our associates during training. We conduct training surveys at the end of each training day to gather feedback and continuously improve our training programs. Following training, we provide a nesting phase where associates work closely with a trainer in small groups, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively handle calls and alleviate stress. Moreover, we foster an open-door culture, encouraging our associates to reach out for assistance whenever needed. We send out the Max Survey to make positive changes. Your feedback is immensely valuable, and we will share your experience with the relevant teams for further consideration and action. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Work from home, remote work

Cons

Payrate, micromanagement, workplace abuse by mgt, unattainable metrixs, software issues, unclear training, shift schedules, lack of information, how information is distributed, unclear processes, too many systems in play and they don't compute with one another.
