Pros

Work from home is all that was good

Cons

As soon as you start getting incentives, they move you to another line of business, where no matter how many years or experience you have, or how good an employee you are.. you start right back as a new hire pay, pto everything. They can't get your pay correct, they micromanage every moment of your life and the management is completely complacent. Half the time you don't even know who you're reporting to. You can be a top agent for years, and they will not accept nor acknowledge it. It's contract driven not customer nor employee driven, and they cannot keep a steady contract, so you never know if you'll have a job tomorrow. They scheduling, well you will find out Friday if you are working Sunday and the following week. So unorganized.

Multiple accounts to work for

Cons

The hiring process is clunky and sloppy. Many people assigned to hire and walk you through this process don't talk and share info. Having to resend info multiple times.

Pros

Foundever bought out my former company and when began layoffs did offer to join another campaign for less money but hey better than no job at all

Cons

Very sneaky about layoff procedures by reducing hours, switching roles and not providing any information. Thankfully some whistle blowers in the first wave of layoffs spilled the beans.
