Team leads tend to care about you at least a bit but management not so much. I was transferred to another program with no notice and no choice. When I asked to stay with my current program and team--my team was getting me through the stress of the job at that point and working with credit card customers there is definitely stress--I was told that the work there was a revolving door and that if I didn't like it, I could find a new job. The funny thing is, I was transferred to the other program because I was doing so well at work. If my stats had been lower or I had missed a day or two of work, then I wouldn't have been transferred. So my take-home message was that management doesn't really care about individuals and that I should have apparently had a lower work ethic, which I definitely cannot do. Further con: Some stats are based on others' actions and not on ourselves. If those stats are lower, it cuts into our paycheck. The company has known about this discrepancy since 2016 or earlier and has still not corrected it.
