Low Salary, No Salary Increase, Almost no employee engagements

Morbidly low salaries with almost no tendency to go up, even if you get a raise, the company takes much more than you do (the raises are rare and mostly two-digit numbers). Bonuses barely exist. Remote work is constrained to the teritory of Serbia (even if they claim the remote option is "fully remote"). You work on cable connection (yes, LAN, WiFi is not an option), the equipment is trash. Your merit does not apply on the company level, but client level (if you were senior at one client, you won't be recognized at another one if/when transferred). Next to no chance to advance within the company.
