Thanks for taking the time to review Foundever. It is great that you pointed out that we pay for the training and the exam for insurance if you are hired. That license is yours to keep. We do offer paid time off after 6 months and then it is based on hours worked. We do regular market analysis to ensure we stay competitive with benefits and PTO. Awful training, awful technology, and awful management

Pros

- Good Healthcare options - Remote position - Opportunity to select consistent schedule - Off holidays - Decent pay (17) -Paid Training

Cons

- Inadequate training!!!! - HR never responds - Unclear communication - passive aggressive managers - they did not elaborate on the more stressful portions of the job, as such a lot of us felt misled

Cons

Training was Awful, trainer was always in meetings one of the trainers actually ended up resigning while training us, was left in zoom for hours without a trainer, we basically taught ourselves Little pay for the work Never approve PTO even if you put in 2 weeks in advance No sick days
