terrible company culture, NO COMMUNICATION between management. Trainers do not care about their job which in turn hurts your performance.

Full-time, biweekly pay, not the worst pay in the area

Cons

Leadership across sites is not consistent. Management makes its own rules for staff based on personal opinions and not operational needs. They do not treat all employees the same. Favorite employees are very obvious and given more opportunities than those who are not as well-liked based on looks, personal beliefs, and personal relationships outside the office. Pay does not increase with inflation. Training has been slashed and is a third of what it used to be. Most trainers cannto show hands-on work performed on the job.

Trust no one. The team leads, coaches, even some of your coworkers are after you. No pay raise ever unless you want to move up in the company which is not worth the money or headache either.
