      Repetitive, and Fairly Easy, WFH, Days, No Weekends

      Cons

      Not a lot of communication and rules are always changing. Client for the program I am on dies not like supervisors to give 100's for QA, and environment is no one is perfect and they will always find something wrong. Many mistakes made by others to do with timecards and causes my supervisor the extra work of having to clean up the mistakes made by others. Recently we had open enrollment for benefits and we were not provided details for policies to review before having to sign up and we are pushed to give the employer surveys.

      Paid training, great instructors, free equipment

      Cons

      Training is 11 weeks and it's a Black out meaning going to the doctor or dentist counts against you. I was being trained at $15 and after $16.50. The training is long and they track you're every move and tell you when the last time you juggled your mouse. I was training to service Progressive and I wouldn't recommend this job to any one that's gets bored easily or hates learning about car insurance.

      I don’t consider this a con for foundever. However this role is working from home and there are cons of having a work from home job. Some cons of working from home can include: Isolation and loneliness, home office costs, and risk of overworking.
