Customer service can be stressful sometimes for both our associates and customers. We believe that the associate experience is the customer experience. Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. We launched a “You said we did” campaign in 2024, to address the issues raised by our associates and work to create a good work environment for our associates.
