Pros

Remote work, Sundays off, paid insurance license training

Cons

I was not told until I began working for the company that we would be starting with taking auto insurance calls; but then we would be up skilled to do property and life insurance. This triples the call volume, length, and complexity of calls and we get absolutely no raises for it. The only raises are due to merit increases or position changes.

We offer extensive training and ensure that our associates have the resources and support they need to help alleviate that stress.
