Cons

Managers are in relationships with each other and take pride on not having to do anything. Leadership is a joke I'm talking green hair tattoos on face acting proud as if they made a great decision in life. You could tell the leaders or coaches are inexperienced because they don't know how to handle basic problems. Don't do this you will regret it.
