Decent pay. Great coworkers. If going into insurance, they will pay for training and tests.

Cons

Micromanagement. Takes full year to get health benefits. High Stress and Turnover.

Pros

Base pay is comparable. Hours can be flexible. Benefits are great if you can afford them. Absence policy very flexible.

Cons

Occasional mandatory overtime. Most of management play favorites. Can easily be fired if not meeting perfect stats. Raises are rare, often lied about. Opportunities to move up are scarce and often don't come with much of a raise, if at all. Have refused to pay hours worked, which led to a class action lawsuit.
