The benfits for Full time is great, pay is not horrible . Discounts on stores citywide. Environment is nice. Usually willing to work with you to improve, with schedule change and so on. People there are for the most part friendly.

Steady job, ok pay, $9.50 hr. I worked on Cox Communications campaign, I found Sitel to be very unsupportive, attempting to upgrade or add services was a very lengthy process which upset customers and this outdated software for cable, Internet and phone was ridiculously difficult. I've worked for Comcast since then and Cox really needs to get with the times. Sitel mgt could not assist agents because they were lost too. 6 weeks of training and not once did they go over adding services and upgrades yet expected sales metrics to be met.
