Pros

Free overnight transportation. Subsidized meal. Since it's one of the biggest call centers in Managua, there are growth opportunities and different methods that contribute with the day to day improvement. Pre-hire english courses, to level out english skills, for those who don't meet their requirements. Web site with tips and tricks to get through the interview process. Used to have a "miles store" which was based on performance and you could´ve interexchange your points for items, like grocery and appliances.

Cons

Having performance bonuses for customer service reps would be a great way to encourage people to continue performing to the top of their abilities. Re-hires are based on former's Supervisor perception.
