Pros

Nice colleagues, pay ok-ish and weekly.

Cons

In-flexible working pattern, watched like a hawk down to the last second, not enough time between phone calls to get your notes straight, “real time” on your case, toilet breaks timed, only 30 minutes for lunch. Customers are always furious and your hands are tied with what you can do for them, escalations team always very reluctant to take anything on. Hot and stuffy building, unbearable in the summer!

Our staff do consistently let us know that they enjoy working with and learning from their colleagues and so it’s good to hear you had a positive experience of those you met. In regards to working patterns and shift schedules, we recognise that contact centres can be a challenging work environment and we are constantly reviewing to make sure that we are accommodating both our staff needs and the business needs where possible. We have now had our air con improved across the site, which is great news and makes for a much more comfortable environment.
