      Fast onboarding process. Paid training. Minimal experience required.

      Cons

      Unreasonably high expectations of employees given wage. Lacklustre absence procedure. Low opportunities for advancement.

There are a number of different opportunities available to all of our employees, depending on what you would like to achieve and where you would like to progress or develop. Our absence policies and procedures have recently been reviewed and changed following ongoing feedback from different employees across the business. In regards to expectation, we are sorry to hear that you felt these were set too high but am unable to comment further without more context behind the matter.       Pros

      Meet some nice people and learn good knowledge of the campaign you are working on

      Cons

      Management are not sympathetic or supportive and definitely have favourites. The company has no union and you don't get paid sick pay. The salary is terrible as it is. It is so difficulty to get a day off. You only have 5 minutes to use the bathroom 3 times a day but it takes 5 minutes to walk to the bathroom. If you are 3 minutes late from your breaks it is deducted from your salary. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

      Pros

      Lovely coworkers, good starting position as the training is very good.

      Cons

      I wouldn't stay here for more than a year as not many opportunities for progression.
