Pros

-The people I worked with were great. -The health benefits are great.

Cons

-Very obvious discrimination in the building. -"Lesser" employees are blatantly divided and treated as such. -There is no reward for going above and beyond. -Serious lack of communication between all departments of the art studio. -The boss will belittle you in front of other workers if you make a mistake. -No real incentive to stay motivated.

I am not sure of your departure date, but over the past year and a half we have made incredible strides to address the cons you have stated.
