Pros

Work life balance is great. People are very creative and the atmosphere is casual.

Cons

Information is not shared across groups, processes are not followed and only the opinions of the executive team are taken into consideration.

Pros

Flexible work schedule Uncapped commission Self-managed travel schedule Challenging goals- management pushes you without micromanaging Emplyee purchase program- the furniture is impeccable! Management is very understanding of employees' needs- having a personal live/balance is encouraged Ecclectic "Austin" culture

Cons

Near lack of an HR department- it can be a little like the wild west. The hard truth: if you don't travel, you will not make money... this job is not for lazy/unmotivated people. The company is growing in leaps and bounds, so there are some associated "growing pains" which can be expected.
