Terrible Work Environment

Pros

Great benefits, glad I have the experience but there’s not much else to say.

Cons

Terrible upper management that constantly polices everyone’s time and productivity leading to inefficiency and unhappiness. They operate solely off of scare tactics and threats of termination. Most other employees are unhappy working there but too scared to speak up about anything. Always introducing new rules from HR and then changing them the next month. Strange hierarchy between production floor workers & office workers. TERRIBLE work/life balance. They expect everybody (including middle management) to spend all of their time at work leaving almost no room for anything outside of work. I had coworkers who worked insane hours for no benefit or recognition.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad you appreciated the benefits and the experience you gained here, we’re disappointed to hear about the negative aspects of your time with us. We never want any employee to feel unheard, overworked, or undervalued. Creating a respectful, supportive workplace, where all voices can be shared without fear—is a priority for us. We understand that clear communication and a healthy work-life balance are essential, and your comments reinforce where we can keep improving. We also take feedback on leadership and culture seriously. While this doesn’t reflect the experience we strive to create, we recognize there’s always room for growth. We’re actively working on strengthening transparency and support between all levels of the organization, and we welcome constructive input from current and former team members to help guide that progress. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and thank you again for your time with us.
