Pros

Beautiful office/work environment, passionate team, fun work place, great bonus, and hard workers on all levels.

Cons

No annual performance reviews and little constructive feedback for promotions, certain teams/employees get special treatment, some work very long hours

Thank you for your feedback, however we see the situation differently on ensuring our teams across the board are equitable. In addition, we are ambitiously working to build out a new program within the People Development to provide 360 feedback across the organization.
