Pros

Flexible work schedule Uncapped commission Self-managed travel schedule Challenging goals- management pushes you without micromanaging Emplyee purchase program- the furniture is impeccable! Management is very understanding of employees' needs- having a personal live/balance is encouraged Ecclectic "Austin" culture

Cons

Near lack of an HR department- it can be a little like the wild west. The hard truth: if you don't travel, you will not make money... this job is not for lazy/unmotivated people. The company is growing in leaps and bounds, so there are some associated "growing pains" which can be expected.

Huge Disappointment

Pros

Beautiful furniture and great discount

Cons

Working under the sales support department is like being transported back to the 80s. Longer hours (that the rest of the company doesn't follow), micromanagement culture, no work-life balance, and reporting every time you get up to go to the bathroom or get water or generally take your eyes off your screen for more than 60 seconds. To top it off, other departments are aware of the problem and openly apologize to those who join. Huge disappointment as the rest of the company seems to genuinely enjoy the culture they're a part of and their positions.

Pros

Liked the culture for the most part. Extroverts thrive here. Lots of perks, such as discounted furniture.

Cons

Potential for advancement is limited. Leadership quality depends on the department you are in. Could end up with a phenomenal leader or one that shouldn't be one.
