Pros

Lots of autonomy, your ideas for change/improvement are welcome, wonderful culture where everyone gets along and appears to be very happy. The company celebrates success, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc. People seem to genuinely like working here.

Cons

Pros

Working with retailer's allowed me a break from working with end customers who are usually nasty. Product is beautiful and we are working remote. I work 100% remote in NC. I love the culture and their ability to take feedback.

Cons

An expanding company that has some growing pains. Understaffed in some area's but improving daily! Come work with me!
