Pros

Four Hands has a good financial base. They always pay on time for the staffs and all the vendors. The big bosses are nice and friendly. The co-workers amongs the countries are cooperative.

Cons

Need more activities to make Vietnam office more closer among the departments. The managers in Vietnam office have too much power while good staff sometimes are underestimated and not fairly treated.
