Pros

Free Healthcare, gym access, wonderful coworkers and upper level management. People & Culture team are extremely helpful. You truly feel valued as an individual and as a worker. Hard work never goes unnoticed here.

Cons

I wish their were more social outings/gatherings to get to know other people in different departments.

The company is just small enough to feel heard and make changes, but big enough to have the reliability of a corporate structure. Great product, discount and people.

Cons

I work from home but I like people so it can get lonely.

Everyone here is great to work with, friendly, helpful, and team oriented. When one of us does well we all do well. It is nice to come to work and full supported on a day to day basis.

Cons

We are growing rather quickly which is actually a positive but you have to be able to keep up with things that are ever changing.
