Pros

The leadership team at four hands is incredibly supportive and inspiring. They work extremely hard, leading by example, and they truly treat their employees as equals in the workplace. They are very approachable and understanding, and provide support when needed.

Cons

Honestly I have not came across any cons as of yet.

- I was able to grow my career and work in three different roles - Enjoyed my coworkers, friendly people overall - Great bonus structure based off the company's performance

Cons

Some departments were a tad cliquey
