      Pros

      - Competitive pay - Amazing benefits - other than the standard benefits — furniture at cost, anniversary credits, summer Fridays (1pm end time) and early Fridays the rest of the year (3pm end time) - Culture - truly puts their employees first from the top down, provides flexibility for work-life balance and promotes a growth mentality (you grow as much as you put in) - Openness - ideas, process improvement, and thoughts are welcome and encouraged. Overall, great people to work with — kind, hardworking, and smart

      Cons

      - Organizational structure and growth - teams seem to operate individually — ownership and communication is not prioritized or consistent. - Development and individual growth - not very clear measures of success for teams or individuals; no clear growth plans. - Diversity - there are very few BIPOCs at the mid-management and above levels

      Great accounting management, booming business

      Pros

      Fun, caring, smart management that values works life / balance but also strives for excellence. They have grown exponentially every year for their 20+ years of existence and plan to keep growing further. Smart CFO, Controller, and Assistant Controller

      Pros

      You can tell this company really cares about its employees. Everyone is very welcoming and has open and honest communication. Also, I really appreciate how they have handled covid with the hybrid work location.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con but it has been hard to keep up with knowing who works at FH with the number of new hires. Maybe create more ways to meet people with common interests at work?
