Pros

I genuinely love working at my job. I started as a loader and worked my way up to a coordinator, and along the way I’ve learned so many valuable skills. What I appreciate most is that these skills don’t just apply at work they’ve helped me in my personal life too. When I moved into my new place, I stacked the moving truck the same organized, efficient way I do on the job. It’s rewarding to work somewhere that encourages growth and teaches skills you can use every day.

Cons

Long walks and working out heavy lifting

Thank you for sharing this — and for being part of the Four Hands journey for so many years. We love hearing stories like yours. Growing from loader to coordinator is a huge accomplishment, and it’s a reflection of your work ethic and commitment. Creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and build skills that translate beyond the workplace is something we care deeply about, so it means a lot to know that’s been your experience. We also recognize that our warehouse roles are physically demanding. The long walks and heavy lifting are real parts of the job, and we’re continuously looking at ways to support our teams through safety training, equipment improvements, and operational efficiencies to make the work as safe and sustainable as possible. Thank you again for your hard work and for taking the time to share your story — we’re proud to have you on the team.
