Pros

Four Hands invests heavily in its workforce both in the U.S. and abroad. Providing tons of Personal and Familial support. As a company they are always looking out for their employees. They have been at the forefront of continual contact tracing to keep Covid-19 transmission rates in the workplace to a minimum. On top of ensuring everyone is healthy and Safe at work there are many other perks like full benefits, Quarterly bonuses, and Free lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Growing Pains: We experienced a lot of growth in 2020 and 2021 and are in the process of upscaling our entire Company to meet demand. Growth always brings new challenges but it also provides a sense of job security in these uncertain times.

Pros

- Company culture is inviting and celebrates the big and small wins - Feedback-rich environment: You know where you stand as long as you're open to the feedback (good and bad) - Senior leaders are open to suggestions even if it's outside of the "norm" - they are also quick to acknowledge your hard work for their teams - Direct Manager is focused on work/life balance and speaks up for me even when I'm not in the room. She has my back and always lets me know I'm appreciated - Summer Fridays (corporate office closes at 1 in the summers to allow employees to spend more time with family/friends) - Employee discounts

Cons

- Growing pains - company grew at such a fast pace that technology and other processes are still catching up
