Pros

The leadership team at four hands is incredibly supportive and inspiring. They work extremely hard, leading by example, and they truly treat their employees as equals in the workplace. They are very approachable and understanding, and provide support when needed.

Cons

Honestly I have not came across any cons as of yet.

Not much supervision and the company is making more money than ever so there is little chance to get fired.

Cons

They don't understand data. Pay sucks, everything moves slowly
