Pros

Tight nit family culture - work together, play together. Great progressive culture. Decent pay with phenomenal bonuses. Great 401K match structure. Moderate opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Culture is really engaging and provides many perks for employees, new and old. Great work-life balance for a majority of the positions, FTO policy is sufficient, and the employee purchase program is pretty amazing.

Cons

The company has experienced a lot of growth in the past few years and has had trouble keeping up with some of the demands the growth has created.
