The management team doesn't do anything. Your complaints will be unheard and even worsened just for talking to management. If your a female you'll get sexually harassed. They will also tell you that there is lots of room to move up. That's a big lie.

Cons

Some complaining at the lower-level from associates that I think stems from frustrations outside of work being taken out at work. A lot of past responsibilities seem to be carried over to different positions rather than taken over by replacements. I do feel somewhat compensated for it though.
