Pros

Friendly environment to work with and very good team spirit which keeps us pushing till the end of the day. One of the best hotel chain

Cons

Every day is challenging. Need to evolve according to the mood of the guest is one of the toughest challenge employees face.

Pros

People are positive, friendly and inspiring. Sure, there are politics and some bad apples like any other workplace, but even management tries to be transparent and open about things and it shows.

Cons

They are hiring loads of people to build up their roster but not many shifts to go around in the low seasons.
