Salary and welfare package is relatively higher than major competitors. Good working atmosphere under the cooperate core-value and culture. Staff background is diversified

Cons

Work on shift is needed,needs to work outdoor during extreme weather. Structural management that hard to promote

Pros

I was lucky to work in such company , as they really take care of there employees . They have good team that can help you and it does not metter it is day or night .

Cons

In my practise it was only few times , when we did over time ,because of busy period. But i cant say that it was very hard .
