Pros

1 - Fantastic vision & commitment to push employees to always improve and get better 2 - Strong global reputation builds value to your resume 3 - Complimentary hotel our Seasons Hotels & Resorts all over the world

Cons

1 - Extremely slow pace for moving up; very limted opportunities for promotions 2 - Very competitive work environment especially with Division Heads (the directors) who do whatever it takes to please the Regional Vice Presidents and Corporate Office Officials as a way to move up 3 - Managers are expected to work very hard with very limited staffing and resources while pretending that this is okay 4 - Four Seasons does not own the hotels and resorts. They are just the management company. The real owners are outside investors who are stricly focused on profitability. 5 - Poor compensation package - very low salary for assistant managers and department heads 6 - Not a good fit for work life balance for students and families. You will be asked to work on weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off 90% of the time.

Pros

Professional team with good working environment and well-planned training program. Another good benefit is to get complimentary stays at other hotels while work as an employee and the long you work there the more complimentary stays you will get.

Cons

The development of career is a bit slow than other hotel brands and it takes longer time to get promoted.

Pros

The benefits are great. They include maternity leave, complimentary stays at other hotels with 50% off food and beverage while there and free meals while you work.

Cons

Management needs to learn some interpersonal skills. Also, when you've done a good job at something, you are often praised in private in the managers office, but if you do something wrong, it makes it around the office before you know about it.
